Product Characteristics
-
GJ4080A is a Ni-Cr formed nickel-based precipitation hardened superalloy. It has good creep resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and fracture toughness at high temperatures of 650-850℃. It is widely used in aviation & aerospace, ships, thermal power, nuclear power and transportation. It is commonly used to manufacture various high temperature critical components, such as low pressure turbine working blades of aero engines, load bearing rings, bolts and sleeves, marine engine air valves, gas turbine blades, and steam turbine blades.
-
Industrial Application
-
The alloy's main products are flat bars and bars. The alloy has been used to make steam turbine blades, gas turbine fasteners, and steam turbine bolts. flat bars for steam turbine blades has undergone long-term production and use testing, showing good performance.
-
Company Product Applications
-
Large-size bars produced by the Company are used for gas turbine fasteners, small-size bars for steam turbine bolts, and flat bars for steam turbine blades.
