Product Characteristics

GH2132 and premium GH2132 are Fe-Ni-Cr based precipitation hardened wrought superalloy, with a service temperature range of 253℃ to 650℃. Premium GH2132 alloy further improves purity to increase strength, reduces sulfur, gas and trace element content, and adjusts the heat treatment procedure. Both alloy have good high and low temperature strength and long-term stability, good corrosion resistance and thermal deformation performance, and possess good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance.

Industrial Application

It is suitable for manufacturing the high temperature load-bearing components, such as: turbine disks, compressor disks and fasteners for aviation & aerospace, land-based gas turbines, and flue gas turbines. The main products include: disks, forgings, plates, bars and rings.
