Product Characteristics
-
GH2026 is a Fe-Ni-Co-Cr based precipitation hardened wrought superalloy, with a long-term service temperature range of 540℃-570℃. The maximum service temperature can reach 677℃. The alloy is strengthened by adding chromium and molybdenum for solid solution strengthening, adding high titanium and low aluminum elements to form γ' aging strengthening phase. At the same time, adding boron reduces the solubility of titanium and aluminum in the solid-solution matrix, promoting γ' phase precipitation, thereby improving γ' phase thermal stability and reducing γ' phase stacking fault energy. The alloy has excellent comprehensive properties, with superior stress relaxation resistance and creep resistance, and no notch sensitivity.
