1. Prepare technical bidding documents for furnace/kiln equipment, and handle specific matters related to bidding, procurement, and acceptance;

2. Take charge of periodic work related to the testing of furnace temperature uniformity and system accuracy of all furnaces/kilns in the company;

3. Assess the daily operating conditions of furnaces/kilns, and perform the daily maintenance of industrial furnaces/kilns, and debugging of instruments and meters;

4. Formulate medium and major overhaul plans for furnaces/kilns, and prepare completion documents;

5. Participate in the implementation of each stage of investment projects;

6. Complete other related tasks assigned by the leadership.

1. Participate in negotiations with users regarding technical requirements, draft and sign technical agreements;

2. Conduct on-site tracking and monitoring for the production of products under responsibility, and coordinate with workshops to resolve technical and quality issues arising on site;

3. Follow up the product quality inspections, propose disposition opinions for nonconforming products, and organize the implementation;

4. Carry out cause analysis on external quality objections of products, coordinate with relevant business departments for cause investigation and analysis, and track the handling results;

5. According to the operation plan issued by the Production Department, review steelmaking batching sheets and product work instructions;

6. Prepare the quality control plans (MIP, MPP, ITP, MQCP, etc.) for key grades and grades with special requirements, and prepare the production process schemes;

7. Prepare the trial production schemes for new products, nuclear power products and other products;

8. Assist in the preparation of completion reports for nuclear power products and other products;

9. Other temporary works.
