Product Characteristics
-
1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel is a martensitic heat-resistant stainless steel obtained by adding appropriate amounts of W, Mo, V, etc. to low-carbon Cr12 steel, thereby giving it martensitic transformation hardening capability. This steel grade possesses the good overall mechanical properties and is used to manufacture important components operating below 600℃, such as engine blades, disks, shafts, etc.
-
Industrial Application
-
Main products include round bars, flat bars and forgings. It is used for important components operating below 600℃, such as engine blades, disks, shafts, etc.
-
Company Product Applications
-
The round bars and flat bars produced by the Company are mainly used for gas turbine blades, and the forgings are used as gas turbine power turbine shafts and locating parts.
