Cold-work Mold Steel
Grade:
X210Cr12、1.2080、SKD1Standards and Technical Conditions:
GB/T 1299、ASTM A681
-
Product Characteristics
-
Cr12 has good wear resistance. A widely used cold-work tool steel features high strength, hardenability and wear resistance, and small quenching deformation; but its impact toughness is poor, it is prone to brittle fracture, tends to form uneven eutectic carbides, and has poor thermal conductivity and high-temperature plasticity.
-
Industrial Application
-
It is suitable for manufacturing cold-punching molds and punches, cold shearing blades, drill bushings, wire-drawing molds, and others requiring high wear resistance with small impact load, as well as gauges, templates, cam pins, eccentric wheels, etc.
-
Company Product Applications
-
It is suitable for fine punching molds, stretching molds, and hemming molds with high wear resistance requirements
