Product Characteristics
-
GH1035 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based solid-solution strengthened wrought superalloy, strengthened by elements such as chromium and tungsten, with a service temperature below 900℃. The alloy has high thermal strength, comparable to GH3039 nickel-based alloy. The alloy has good thermal processing plasticity, welding and cold forming process performance. Main products include plates, bars, wires and rings.
-
Industrial Application
-
The alloy has been used to manufacture parts, such as turbine engine combustion chambers, turbine outer rings and exhaust devices for long-term operation below 900℃. It is suitable for making flame tubes, combustion chamber jackets, afterburner combustion chambers, guide ring, and other ring parts of various aero engines. In the medium temperature range, the alloy's fatigue performance is lower than nickel based alloy of similar use, and its hydrochloric acid corrosion resistance is slightly worse than nickel based alloy of similar use.
