Product Characteristics
-
GH2907 is a Fe-Ni-Co based precipitation hardened low expansion wrought superalloy, strengthened by adding Nb, Ti, Si, B and other elements. The alloy has very high strength below 650℃, low expansion coefficient, good thermal fatigue resistance, and nearly constant elastic modulus. Curie point: 400℃-450℃. Below the Curie point, the alloy's expansion coefficient is basically unchanged. It is suitable for manufacturing various aero engine rings and casings used below 650℃, and the main products include bars, forgings, plates and strips.
-
Industrial Application
-
This alloy is commonly used for manufacturing high pressure compressor casings, load bearing rings, thermal insulation rings, combustion chamber seal rings, honeycomb seats and turbine outer rings for aero engines.
-
Company Product Applications
-
The Company produces multi-specification forged bars applied to aero engine rings.
