Product Characteristics
-
4Cr5MoSiV1 steel is one of the widely used Cr-Mo-V series hot-work tool steels domestically and internationally. U.S. grade is H13. This steel has excellent strength, toughness, wear resistance, thermal stability, and cold-/thermal-fatigue resistance, and can effectively resist the initiation and propagation of thermal fatigue cracks caused by temperature cyclic alternating. H13 steel is generally used below 600℃.
-
Industrial Application
-
It is widely used in aluminum, copper and their alloy casting molds, forging molds subjected to large impact loads, precision forging molds, plastic molds, aluminum extrusion molds, and can also be used for structural parts. Its high hardness and wear resistance enable it to bear high pressure and high temperature, extending the service life of molds. Meanwhile, its machinability also makes it easy to be machined and cut, improving the mold manufacturing efficiency.
-
Company Product Applications
-
It is mainly used for plastic molds, hot-end molds, aluminum extrusion molds, etc.
