Founded on April 23, 2004, Sichuan Liuhe Special Metal Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Liuhe Special Materials" or "Company") is located at High-tech Zone, Jiangyou City, Sichuan Province, with the registered capital of RMB 199 million and total asset of RMB 5 billion. The Company is a mixed-ownership enterprise with share contribution from Mianyang Science and Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. The Company covers a total area of 296,000 square meters and employs more than 900 staff members.
Liuhe Special Materials is a national high-tech enterprise, possessing strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities in special metal materials and alloys. The Company is equipped with first-class full-process production, manufacturing and inspection equipment covering refining, remelting, forging, rolling, heat treatment and machining. Its products mainly include forged and rolled bars (including square and flat bars), forgings, machined parts (blanks) and equipment assemblies, which are widely applied in high-end major equipment fields, such as steam turbines, gas turbines, aviation & aerospace, marine vessels, nuclear power and petrochemicals.
